Fit-Avate Labs ("we," "our," "us") provides a calorie tracking, maintenance-calorie calculator, and AI workout plan generator. This policy explains what data the app handles and how it is used. Replace the placeholder details below with your actual data practices before publishing.

Calculator & logger inputs — age, gender, height, weight, activity level, and any meals you log (name, calories, protein, carbs, fats). By default this data is kept only in your browser session and is not sent to our servers except where noted below.

AI feature requests — when you use AI Lookup (calorie tracker) or generate a workout plan, the food/amount or workout preferences you enter are sent to our server, which forwards them to our AI provider (Groq) to generate a response. We do not send your name, contact details, or any other identifying information as part of these requests.

Technical data — standard web server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, timestamps) may be collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes.

We use the information above solely to provide the app's features: calculating your maintenance calories, generating nutrition estimates, building workout plans, and maintaining the security and performance of the service.

We use Groq's API to power the AI Lookup and AI Workout Generator features. Requests sent to this provider are subject to that provider's own privacy and data-handling terms.

Meal logs and calculator inputs live in your browser only and are cleared when you close or refresh the app, unless you export them yourself (e.g. via Export to Excel). We do not maintain a persistent database of your personal health data.

You can use the Manual Entry mode in the calorie logger at any time to avoid sending food data to the AI provider. You can also clear your browser data to remove any locally stored session information.

Fit-Avate Labs is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
