By using Fit-Avate Labs (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Fit-Avate Labs provides calorie estimates, macro tracking, and AI-generated workout plans for general informational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Consult a qualified physician, dietitian, or certified trainer before beginning any diet or exercise program, especially if you have an existing health condition.

Calorie and macro estimates from AI Lookup, and workout plans from the AI Workout Generator, are produced by an AI model and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always use judgment, verify estimates when precision matters, and stop any exercise that causes pain or discomfort.

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, extract the underlying API credentials, or use the AI features to generate content unrelated to fitness and nutrition.

The Fit-Avate Labs name, branding, and app design are the property of Avate Labs. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avate Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on any estimate or plan it generates.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
